When you grow older, your lashes get thin and catlike. After removing mascara, nourish your eyelashes with a little vaseline each night - rub into the very roots.

My wife rubs freshly peeled cucumber skin on her face and neck, and everywhere else on a body she feels like. It’s refreshes the skin and makes it reviven she says. She looks really funny when she does it. One minute she is making me a cucumber salad, and once she’s done, she takes those peels and starst rubbing it everywhere.

Now that I’m over 50, I can tell you (by experience), STAY OUT OF THE SUN! If not, you’ll end up looking like a wrinkled, leather-skinned, prune! My other tip is to be very careful around your eyes when washing or rubbing in cosmetics near your eyes. Be gentle around your eyes and you might postponed those fine wrinkles and saggy eyelids. TERRIFIC GIVEAWAY BTW

My tip is to avoid the sun. When it’s not avoidable, apply PLENTY of sunscreen AND wear some type of protective covering. I’ve damaged my skin enough when I was younger and worshipped the sun.

I remember being young and assuming my skin would just automatically stay soft, supple, and firm. Well, guess what happened…
My tip is to protect your skin (and your children’s skin) from the sun from the earliest age. Also, keep it clean with a gentle cleanser, and break any habits of unnecessarily touching or stretching the skin on your face. You’ll be fooling people about your age for the rest of your life!

Drink green tea instead of sodas. Either use Splenda or learn to like it unsweetened. You don’t have to brew it if it is inconvenient, such as at the office. Just drop a couple of the teabags into your water bottle and drink. As the day goes on, the tea “brews” itself.

I have to concur with everyone else and say that sunscreen is a must. But I also believe that using a good eye cream twice a day, exfoliating regularly and using a deep moisturizer at night are all daily habits to keep aging at bay. And then just embrace what you can’t fix and smile!
